Itinerary curation, management, and execution begins at $350 per itinerary.
Luxury Reservations & VIP Travel Access
Clients of The Lifestyle Concierge USA may enjoy preferred partner amenities at select properties, which can include:
• Daily breakfast for two
• Room upgrades when available
• Early check-in and late check-out when available
• Resort or spa credits at select properties
• VIP welcome amenities at participating locations
In addition, assistance is available for hotel stays, premium car rentals, scenic rail journeys, and other elevated transportation arrangements to complement your itinerary.

Every detail of your air journey is thoughtfully arranged by The Lifestyle Concierge USA — from preferred seating and efficient routing to upgrade opportunities and special requests — helping ensure comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.
Whether traveling for business, leisure, or a once-in-a-lifetime getaway, flights are selected with attention to schedule, value, and overall travel experience.
International flight coordination begins at $100 per passenger. Domestic flight coordination begins at $50 per passenger.
Points & Miles Redemption Concierge
The Lifestyle Concierge USA provides expert assistance with booking travel using loyalty points or miles—helping maximize value while saving time and eliminating frustration.
Support is available for airline rewards, hotel loyalty programs, and eligible credit card points programs. Whether redeeming for flights, hotel stays, upgrades, or premium travel experiences, each booking is handled with strategy and care.
Points redemption services begin at $250 per ticket or reservation.
Travel Change & Cancellation Support
Travel plans can change unexpectedly. The Lifestyle Concierge USA provides personalized concierge support to assist with cancellations, itinerary adjustments, supplier communication, and rebooking coordination to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Refunds, credits, penalties, and availability remain subject to supplier and travel protection policies.
